Why we need a flexible staffing model for today’s revenue cycle

Traditional outsourcing is rigid. It’s fixed in scope, duration, and contracting terms. 

But that’s not what’s really needed in today’s environment.   

Look at what’s happened in the past two years due to the pandemic. We saw a surge of patients go to hospitals for COVID-19 testing; which meant more staff were needed. Now, we’re in the middle of the Great Resignation, where more revenue cycle staff are changing careers, which has led to a record number of job openings.
