Currance takes your privacy very seriously because we know that it is important to you. We have adopted and implemented best-practice, industry-accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect your personally identifiable information (“PII”) from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction resulting from visits to the Site. Notwithstanding this, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized persons will not obtain access to your PII. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice, to alter and update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Accordingly, we urge visitors to the Site to review the current version of the Privacy Policy each time they return. The date of the most recent update to this Privacy Policy is reflected at the bottom of this document.

When you request information from Currance and/or provide PII through the Site , including any and all materials submitted by you in connection with such contact, opt in to receive emails from us, or agree to participate in surveys or questionnaires, you are agreeing that, in addition to using your PII to respond to any such specific communication from you, we may share such information, including your name, e-mail address, title, occupation, company or university affiliation, industry, region, relationship to Currance, reason for contacting us, and any message you submit, with our agents, representatives and affiliates for marketing and promotional purposes. If you elect to submit an employment application or resume to us online through our Site, all of the information you submit becomes the property of Currance and may be used for any and all employment-related purposes, as well as for marketing and promotional purposes.

We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs and similar technologies (collectively “Cookies”) to obtain certain types of information when your browser accesses the Site, to identify you and your interests, to remember your preferences, and to track your activity on the Site. We also use Cookies to control access to certain content on the Site, to protect the Site, and to process any requests that you make of us. “Cookies” are small text files that can be stored on and accessed from your device when you visit the Site, to the extent that you agree to allow it, and that monitor your website activity to enable us to collect information about how you use the Site. This allows the Site to recognize your device from those of other users. You can find more information about Cookies and related technologies at www.allaboutcookies.org.
