Talent Strategy Specialist
Job Summary
The Talent Strategy Specialist is a sourcing guru skilled in identifying talent using both traditional and “out of the box” techniques beyond standard boolean search strings. Currance is scaling, so we are ready to add a skilled sourcer to our Talent Strategy team. Reporting directly to the Director, Talent Strategy, this individual will assist in rapid company growth by placing a strong focus on outbound sourcing. The Talent Strategy Specialist will build (active and passive) talent pipelines, assess / screen potential talent, record / track metrics, schedule interviews, and establish / maintain relationships with internal / external partners, vendors, university and/or diversity organizations.
Job Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search logic, x-ray, google and social media sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
- Create targeted outreaches to attract passive, diverse, specialized, university, and professional candidates.
- Source candidates for select roles with a focus on identifying talent through various digital media, sourcing channels, provided tools, and local / national affiliated groups.
- Schedule/conduct candidate and hiring manager virtual interviews and participate in online meeting sessions through MS Teams, Zoom, or other technologies.
- Directly reach out to potential candidates thru cold calls, phone messages, text, and recruiting emails, to establish interest and build a strong pipeline of candidates.
- Strategize and work in partnership with Director, Talent Strategy on marketing campaigns, job edits / postings, reporting on accurate hiring numbers, and meeting / exceeding hiring metrics.
- Input and maintain accurate documentation on all candidates in current shared drive folders / created excel reports. in preparation for future ATS system rollout.
- Create, update, and maintain research for competitor landscape details and execute marketing campaigns and strategy in partnership with Director, Talent Strategy and Marketing team.
- Healthcare, Revenue Cycle, IT Solutions and/or Insurance Industry experience.
- Applicant Tracking System, Referral(s), and diversity/assistance programs experience.
- Support partnership with Human Capital, Training, and IT / Asset Management groups to maintain correct information for “new or future” hire(s) and ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 – 5 years of demonstrated corporate talent sourcing experience and success creating and implementing sourcing strategies.
- Requires proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word), strong technical ability and able to quickly pickup different systems and databases.
- Establish and maintain strong rapport with internal departments and hiring managers.
- Direct experience recruiting across multiple geographical locations and a passion to grasp new technologies.
- Knowledge of federal, state laws and regulations as they relate to recruitment laws including ADA requirements, to ensure compliance.
- Strong work ethic, initiative, sense of urgency, proactive with ability to meet and exceed metric expectations.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills, self-starter and able to muli-shift focus between various sourcing/recruiting projects.
- Ability to work from your home office located in one of our supported remote workforce states including AZ, CA, CO, GA, HI, MA, MN, NV, PA, or TX.
- Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state laws and regulations as they relate to recruitment laws including ADA requirements, to ensure compliance.
- Intermediate or Advanced Boolean Logic, OSINT skills, and favorite “go-to list” of sourcing tools and/or mentors.
- Recruiting or sourcing experience in a staffing and RPO environment.
- Certification(s): AIRS, CIR, CSSR, ACIR, CSP, CDR, CSMR, PRC, CPSP, etc.
